It's Cold Enough.....

.....For SOUP!

Tomato Basil Soup to be exact!

HomeMade Tomato Basil Soup. Creamy Tomato Basil Soup.

• 4 tbsp butter
• 4 tbsp flour
• 1 28oz can tomato sauce
• 1 14oz jar pizza sauce
• cream
• fresh basil

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour to make a roux.
Add tomato sauce and pizza sauce and whisk to blend.
Let simmer until you can't stand it no more.
Add the cream to achieve desired consistency (hopefully you chose a large enough saucepan at the beginning of the process)
Add Fresh Basil to Taste.
Resimmer.
Enjoy.
